By accessing or using the FiNimbus website at www.finimbus.com or any FiNimbus services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Not Financial Advice

FiNimbus is a financial analysis tool, not a financial advisor. The reports, scores, insights, and recommendations provided by FiNimbus are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

The FiNimbus name, logo, website design, report templates, and all related content are the intellectual property of FiNimbus, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiNimbus, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FiNimbus in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

FiNimbus is currently in beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which FiNimbus, Inc. is incorporated.
